Our General Pest Control treatments take care of a wide range of pests like ants, spiders (including black and brown widows), silverfish, roaches, crickets, earwigs, and pill bugs. We customize our service to suit your home's unique needs based on information we gather from you and our inspection. We use the right products to keep old and new pests away throughout the year.

To deal with the pests, we create multiple barriers of product inside and outside your home. We also put up additional product barriers around your yard and fence line. We use Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies like cutting back overgrown foliage, minimizing moisture in shaded areas, and decluttering your home/yard to make sure pests don't return. We identify the best plan of action for each situation by properly identifying the pests.

Why can’t I just do this myself?

So, you see a bunch of ants marching through your kitchen and you think, "I'll just grab a can of bug spray and show these guys who's boss!" Well, hold on there, cowboy! If you start spraying willy-nilly, you're not gonna solve anything. In fact, you'll probably just make things worse by sending everyone else in the house running for their lives (unless they happen to be carrying gas masks).

We have 4 plans for our General Pest Control Services and each can be targeted for your specific needs. All reoccurring plans start with an initial flush service that costs $150. After 30 days, we'll do a follow-up service to break any egg cycles and get rid of any new pests that may have emerged. *For reoccurring accounts, this will be the beginning to your reoccurring plan* Depending on your needs, you can choose to have services every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months. The cost will vary based on your needs and on the plan you select.

Reactive Plan (One time service) - $199+
- For clients who rarely experience any pest activity.
- For clients that don’t need to commit to a plan.
- A preventative treatment for newly purchased homes.
Active Plan (Monthly service) - $69
- For clients who have persistent pest activity.
- For clients who wish to use eco-friendly products.
- For homes with highly conducive conditions.
Proactive Plan (Bi-monthly service) - $89
- For clients who have moderate pest activity.
- For Clients who have some conducive conditions.
- For homes in more densely populated areas.
Preventative Plan (Quarterly service) - $109
- For clients with mild pest activity.
- For clients with seasonal pest activity.
- A preventative barrier to keep your home safe year round.
